TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy:

All bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the booking time will be non-refundable.

All bookings cancelled with a minimum 48 hours notice will be refunded the charged amount less a 20% cancellation fee.

A “no show” on the day of the booking is considered a late cancellation. A cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

All bookings that are booked on major event days will NOT be entitled to a refund. Example of event days include, (Melbourne Cup Racing Carnival, Grand Prix Days, New Years Eve, Christmas Day, Public Holidays, etc.) You will be notified on your booking confirmation if your booking is on a major event day.

Airport transfers impacted by cancelled flights are eligible for rescheduling at no additional cost, provided the customer notifies us of the cancellation at or before the original scheduled flight time

Bookings will not be refunded due to missed flights, event cancellations, or changes to flight schedules. No refunds will be issued for missed flights, changes of event schedules, or event cancellations.

Wine Tours R Us reserves the right to cancel any booking or tour at its discretion. In such cases, customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule their booking

General Terms & Conditions:

All tour bookings are charged from the scheduled pick-up time to drop-off time.

If the tour exceeds the booked duration, additional charges will apply in fixed 15-minute increments. Any time beyond the scheduled drop time will be rounded up to the next 15 minute block.

Alcohol, Drugs & Aggressive Behaviour:

Consumption of alcohol or use of prohibited drugs is strictly prohibited in commercial passenger vehicles.

The driver reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately in such instances, and no refund will be provided.

Any form of verbal abuse, aggression, or inappropriate behaviour towards the driver or passengers will not be tolerated. This will also result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

Sanitation Fee:

A $500 sanitation fee will apply for any vomiting, or damage caused by food or drink inside the vehicle.

Seatbelts:

Seatbelts must be worn at all times in accordance with road safety laws. Any fines incurred for failing to wear a seatbelt will be passed on to the customer.

Government Levy & GST:

All bookings are subject to the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Levy, as mandated by the State Revenue Office.

All bookings are GST inclusive.

Lost or Damaged Property:

Wine Tours R Us and/or any associated business, partner, stakeholder or affiliate will not be liable for personal items left or damaged in our vehicles. This also includes luggage. We will also not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the customer.

Delays & Disruptions:

Wine Tours R Us and its affiliated partners, stakeholders, or contractors accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or expense arising from delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, mechanical failure, traffic conditions, weather events, flight delays and/or cancellations

Mechanical Issues During Tours:

In the event of a mechanical breakdown during a tour, we will attempt to provide a replacement vehicle. Where possible, we may offer to make up lost time, either by extending the tour or by mutual agreement with the customer.

Airport Transfers – Waiting Time Charges:

Additional charges apply if waiting time exceeds the following allowances:

Domestic flights: 30 minutes after landing

International flights: 60 minutes after landing

Waiting Time Rates:

Sedan to 7-seater vehicle: $1.50 per minute

Bus (12–25 seats): $2.00 per minute

Coach (26+ seats): $3.00 per minute
